With a decade of experience working with men, as well as training from male psychology expert Dr. Terry Real, I have unique perspectives and skills to help you learn how to be the partner, parent, and person you were made to be. You'll learn how to identify and express emotions, communicate well, and build stronger connections to the world around you.

I work with men (and women!) who want to better understand themselves, their story, and their patterns so that they can learn how to become the best version of themselves they can be.

While we address the issues that brought you in and develop skills to improve those issues, we'll also look at where and why the patterns you've learned, that used to help you, are now getting in the way.

Safe Space

Choosing to meet with a therapist is a bold, brave, deeply personal thing to do. I intentionally strive to create an environment where you are heard, understood, respected, and cared for, while also directed and guided in growth and healing.

Your Space

While I do maintain a focus on our agreed-upon goals for therapy, each session is also your time to use for what you need to discuss. Sessions are about 50 minutes and are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly depending on need.



My background

I have been a licensed therapist since 2016 and have worked in the mental health field since 2010.

I have extensive training in male psychology, grief work, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Relational Life Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy.

Relational Life Therapy, developed by Dr. Terry Real, integrates principles from IFS, DBT, Psychodynamic, and other methods, to provide evidence-based tools to not only improve your relational skills, but also address past trauma, ineffective coping strategies, and improve self-esteem and self-compassion.
